1. The School academic year has two terms : April to September & October to March. There will be an examination at the end of each term and a progress report issued. Besides there will be one unit Test in each subject to each term.
2. The progress report will be issued as below:

Formative Assessment III : 10%
Formative Assessment IV : 10%
Formative Assessment II : 20%
Life Skills Assessment & Attitude and Value Assessment
(On five point scale : A1, A+, B+, B, C) (On three point scale : A+, A, B)
* Most Indicators ina skill A+
* Many indicators in a skill A
* Some Indicators in a Skill B
* Very few indicators in a Skill C
Promotion is based on the day-to-day work of the student throughout the year also on the performance in the terminal examination.
3. At least 80% attendance is compulsory for promotion.
4. Only those pupils who have paid all school dues will be permitted to appear for examinations.
5. There can be no anticipation or postponement of any test paper or examination. If a child is absent on medical ground, his final result will be decided on his year's work.
6. Result once declared are final and will not be reconsidered. The Principal's decision is final.
